Mission

To provide transitional housing, accountability, and life management education in a nurturing environment to homeless women and children working toward self-sufficiency.

Goal

To help homeless women develop stability--emotionally, spiritually, & financially--during their 6 to 18 month stay at Beauty for Ashes.

Philosophy

We believe that women must recognize their ability and responsibility to control the disorganizing and destructive forces in their lives and to accept God’s love and guidance as a spiritual resource.

We believe a combination of factors instill success:

• spiritual and emotional support

• living in a stable and orderly environment

• establishing & working toward a personal & family goals

• inner healing

• life skills & emotional management tools

• professional counseling, as needed

• a support system
