BEAUTY FOR ASHES TRANSITIONAL HOME

a place of stability & hope

Beauty for Ashes provides transitional housing for women and children faced with homelessness. We build stable and independent lives through programs offered in a supportive and Christ-centered environment.

Beauty for Ashes staff walks alongside women and their children throughout their stay at the Home. A private room provides security for personal items and respect for individuality. The grace-based housing program allows women to encounter the consequences for their choices and establishes a strengths-based individual plan for each woman.

Women develop self-confidence and pride in achievement through the empowerment and guidance of case management, mentoring, scripture study and prayer, life skills and emotional management workshops, as well as coordination with off-site programs and community services.

The development and strengthening of essential life skills required to successfully parent children, find financial freedom, cope with the daily stress of starting a new life are key components to success.

Our goal is to help women find safe, affordable, permanent housing upon their exit from Beauty for Ashes.
